I have a weakness for anything with the word salad in it that actually is not anything near good for you considering all the mayo, cheeses, and so on. Egg salad, pea salad, even onion salad! Anyway, this is my version of a couple of salads under the guise of Pea Salad....tons of cheese and TONS of bacon! Definitely not diet friendly!
