Garlic Veggie Rotini Pasta
This pasta dish couldn't be any easier to make. Mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, and bell peppers are sautéed in hot oil, tossed with cooked rotini, and bada bing! Dinner is served.
Ingredient:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms(150 g)
- 2 cups chopped broccoli(500 g)
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 ¼ cups cooked rotini pasta(250 g)
Recipe Direction :
- Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, peppers, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the pasta and stir until evenly combined.
