Tofu Scramble
This recipe is easy and delicious — and, even better, you can swap out some of the vegetables for ones already in your fridge. If you have tofu, dijon, and something green, you are most of the way there. So what are you waiting for? Get scrambling!
Ingredient:
- onion
- garlic
- pepper
- tomato
- green onion and
- kale.
Recipe Direction :
1- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic and green onion to it. Saute for 2 minutes.
2- Then add the chopped tomato and saute for 2 more minutes.
